Organisation seeks stiffer penalties for financial crimes

Diamondsmith De’Great Universal, a private organisation, has advocated stiff penalties for fraud-related cases to boost the fight against financial crimes. While the spire is still currently encased in scaffolding, the 860-year-old building will reopen in 2024.
