The House of Representatives has asked the Central Bank of Nigeria to suspend the proposed introduction of cybersecurity levy on electronic transactions. Anticamente si usava misurare il tempo svuotando e riempiendo delle anfore: quando erano vuote cominciava un nuovo lasso di tempo, che terminava quando erano piene.
